Our fresh cut steaks are char-broiled on the grill in our kitchen one-by-one for each order we receive. This ensures you get the most juicy, tender, and flavorful you will likely find anywhere on the south side of Chicago.

When your steak is char-broiled to perfection, we melt some freshly shaven parmesan cheese over the top of it. We then spread a homemade creamy horseradish sauce that we make in-house on fresh French garlic bread and then top the sandwich with organic baby arugula and drizzle a balsamic glaze over the top.
